From IXperience exhibit on-going at Galleria Quattrocento
Nine alumni of the Technological University of the Philippines (TUP) – all seasoned artists specializing mostly in abstract – band together to present their latest bodies of work through IXperience, a group exhibit at Galleria Quattrocento in Serendra.
Demosthenes Campos, Rosscapili, Ramon Talaga Dela Cruz, Ferdinand Doctolero, Rick Hernandez, Eugene Jarque, Marlon Magbanua, Alrashdi Mohammad, and Sam Penaso are all TUP alumni and visual artists who have established experience and maturity in their artworks, as an exemplification of their high regard for the visual art scene today.
Their flair for improvisation and due resilience led them to craft masterpieces from materials already on-hand. Since the 70’s, TUP has been known to produce well-recognized artists through nationwide and regional competitions and notable material-handling techniques.
Exhibition will run until 10 June 2015
